Improving the quality of on-programme tutoring and support for apprenticeship learners
An e-Memoir webinar in association with FETN
The role of the work-based assessor has changed significantly in recent years. There has been a considerable shift from the single purpose of assessing work-based skills to a dual role of tutor-assessor with responsibility for holistic development and support. In this webinar we will explore the nature of the tutor-assessor role, identify relevant quality benchmarks and consider strategies for improving on-programme tutoring & support for apprenticeship learners.
Participants are encouraged to bring any questions along that they may have. We like to keep sessions as lively and engaging as possible. If you have a headset or microphone please feel free to use it.
